Mike: Congrats on the 21#! Did you know that, every 5# on our body is mass the equivalent to a loaf of bread? You've lost 4 loaves of bread, my friend!
I like what you said on your blog about "just doing it." Nike's catch-phrase has never meant more, I bet! But you're right: you have to take emotion out of it, and JUST DO IT or you will come up with a thousand reasons NOT to.
Baby steps, my friend. Remember, pace yourself: it's a marathon, not a sprint. It's not a DIET -- the changes you make now are lifestyle changes. Keep up the great work!

Your weigh in stats are in black and hard to read on the dark blue background... don't hide 'em! Maybe make them sparkle or flash or add an audio of "ta da!" when you lose weight... celebrate! God bless and I know you can do it.
