Probably, the one thing I hear most often about our morning program is "what amazing chemistry" we have. What makes it so special is that it's truly authentic. The three of us are very different people. Tracey is single, Mike is married with an adopted son, and I am married with six children. Our interests and personalities are different. Tracey is an accomplished musician and public speaker who is able to make anyone feel special. Mike is one of the funniest people I know who can engage anyone in a conversation about anything. I tend to be the one who's more comfortable off to the side reading. Tracey arrives at the station full of smiles and hugs. I want to be quiet and left alone while I write the news. Mike, depending on the day, could go either way...although without the hugs.
What makes the chemistry so engaging is we thoroughly enjoy each other. We love working together. Sure, we tease each other on the air, but it's always done with a smile. We are truly brothers and sister in Christ. Every day I'm challenged by Tracey and Mike to be more Christ like in my attitudes and actions.
In his first letter to the Corinthians, Paul writes, "God has arranged the parts in the body, every one, just as He wanted them to be. If they were all one part, where would the body be?" I'm reminded of the truth of that Scripture every morning as three uniquely different people come together to magnify Christ on the air. The chemistry is amazing because the God we serve is even more amazing.

While I still miss Dick Ireland, Tracey is, of course, a great part of the team. I am glad when Dick comes back on to give us updates, and the four of you are having so much fun together. The camaraderie is wonderful there, no matter who it is.
Oh, and give Erin Branham more time on the air. :-D :-P ;-)
