The 30 Day Shred- Day 2

Hi friends,
I promised I'd blog about this every day so... I did my gym workout today around 1:30, did 30 minutes of cardio and did some super sets on weights for my legs. After a very busy day, running errands and getting a birthday gift for my dear mom, I finally got home around 5:15. Long day! I had friends coming at 6 for bible study, so I knew I needed to do my 20 minute shred with Jillian right away. Downstairs I went.
I did it! I'm on level 1 and can't imagine I'll ever get past level 1, but it was a brutal 20 minutes. Feels great when you're finished, that's for sure.
We'll see if I can move tomorrow.
Note to self: Keep your sense of humor. It will serve you well when you're doing something daily that you don't really want to do.

Hey Tracey!

I just started going through the Fruit of the Spirit. I'm going to try to focus on one each week, or so. I hope you reach your goal!
