This morning we began a brand new feature, "Heroes Among Us", to honor the men and women who are serving our country in the military. You can hear this new feature every monring at 8:53a and you can also check our blog every morning if you missed it...or want to hear it again.

What a wonderful way to honor our local military! It's wonderful to hear how the families trust God to take care of their loved ones. Is there any way to hear all the past recordings? I've missed some and would like to have to opportunity to hear them. Thank you!
Thanks for doing the Heroes stories. My son is in Iraq too and I miss him so much and I pray everyday forthe angels to stay around him and for God to hid him in the secret place. I pray for the end of this war and for our brave soldiers to return home, whole and with nothing missing and nothing broken. I can relate to the stories being told and I want to tell about my son Alan. He is only 24 years old and he is in the U.S Navy. He has a wife and an almost 2 year old son named A. J. Alan is quite and shy but he is a hard worker and he wants to serve his country. He will return home in May 2009. I hope to get a lap top for him so that we can talk to him and see him. We are in constant prayer for him miss him everyday. thank-you for your prayers and support.
