How Much Exercise?

You may have seen the news this week about a huge study evaluating how much exercise we really need. Turns out a lot more than we thought. The results indicate women who want to lose weight and keep it off need to exercise about 275 more minutes than previously thought. That means women need 68 minutes of exercise five days a week. Most people work 5 days a week. If you have a 9 mile commute, you could bike that in about 35 minutes. That comes up to 70 minutes of exercise each day and you've saved gas and money while you're at it.
