This morning we talked about that one thing you have a hard time saying "no" to. For Tracey, it's good ministry opportunities. She said she's learning how to create some boundaries to leave quality time for her and the Lord. Dave said he's having a hard time saying "no" to his Blackberry. He constantly checks it for e-mail. Mike has a hard time saying "no" to his Mom....although that probably wasn't a hard thing when he was two.
What do you have a hard time saying "no" to?

For me, it always goes back to the "good" vs. the "best." Like Tracey said, it's often the good things that tend to sabatoge us and get us so busy we're not spending time reading the Bible or eating well, or exercising. Last summer we moved about 30 minutes from where we used to live and I took that opportunity to really cut back almost all weekly commitments. It was a great decision and one year later, I feel healthier spiritually than I have in years, and our family is doing well.
