Hi friends!
I have to share this with you. I have long loved the story in Luke 15 called the story of the Lost Son, and often referred to the story of the prodigal son. Well, I picked up a new book called, "The Prodigal God" by Timothy Keller and it was the freshest insight into this scripture I have ever read. It was so compelling that I read the book straight through in one sitting.
If you think you understand this story, you have to read this book. I don't want to give it away, but I was so convicted and touched by the story all over again-like it was brand new. God's Word is like that, isn't it? Sometimes it just takes a gifted teacher to help us understand the Word deeper. Pick it up and see if it doesn't blow your mind!
