Youze know your Aunty Gert is always looking at fer ya! And this week I found youze a chance to make some de-lish food for very little scratch. Here's what you need to know:

OPEN HOUSE THIS WEEKEND!
Not sure about Meal Assembly? Stop in this Saturday & Sunday, March 7 & 8, from 12-4 pm and make one meal (4-6 servings) for just $20. Choose from our "Monthly Menu" selections.

We will also be serving some Extreme Fitness and Fast Track meals that Mike and Tracey have been using to lose weight and get healthy. You can find SupperThyme USA in the Church Land Shopping Center, 9972 York Road Cockeysville, MD 21030. Call them: (410) 667-2665
