Dear Tracey, Mike, and Dave;
WOW...how subtley profound can a message be?? The look on the 'driver's' face as the video starts reflects a man without care; and then the look of horror as he tries to swerve...The only problem I have with it..not the message enluded(spelling is my own).. is whether the 'wife and child' are already deceased-the little girl wearing wings- or are in the back seat. The "CRASH" is quite almost violently evident! Have you any idea or clue about the passengers?
Either way, those who do buckle up will be encouraged to continue to do so; those who don't just might (Please God help them realize before they become statistics) make them rethink the 3-5 seconds it takes to "BUCKLE-UP!! prior to driving.

To Anonymous: The daughter and mother are not dead, they represent what could happen and how the power of love (and a seatbelt) can prevent it; about how you should wear a seatbelt for your family, not just for yourself.
The girl is wearing fairy wings, not angel wings. I don't know about in the US but in the UK they are a common 'dressing up' costume for girls, and there is nothing religious about them - think Tinker Bell or Arthur Ransome's fairies, not angels. The UK is a far more secular country than the US and is very multicultural now, so is far less likely than the US to use imagery from any specific religion to get a message across.
If you want to know more about what the makers intended, look at the Wikipedia page on Embrace Life. It has lots of links to interviews etc.
