In the movie "Castaway" the character played by Tom Hanks develops a relationship with a soccer ball that he calls "Wilson". On the way home from Brazil, Dave found his own Wilson...an empty coke can. Dave's 15 year old son, Noah collects empty soda and energy drink cans. On the day before they left Brazil, Dave ordered a coke and thought his son would appreciate a can printed all in Portugese. Because an empty can is fragile Dave had to carry it by hand all the way home. It rode on the bus...marched through airport security...it even got it's own seat on the plane. That was almost "Wilson's" demise as a steward thought it was trash as they were getting ready to land and threw it out. Quick thinking from Dave rescued his son's treasure which now has an honored place in his collection.
