We talked about a bunch of stuff this morning. One of the highlights was a surprise phone call from Tracey just after 7a. She's on vacation at the Grand Canyon. This morning she was getting ready to do the one thing she had most been looking forward to with this vacation. If you missed our conversation click here.


Tracey also sent us a picture yesterday. She said this is where she's been running every day in Arizona. It'll make the treadmill feel a little boring once she's back home.


Jimmy Page joined us this morning. he's the Health and Fitness Director for the fellowship of Christian Athletes. This morning we talked about fast food. Jimmy's been saying some tough things against fast food lately and we wanted to find out how he really felt about it.


We also enjoyed a conversation this morning with Douglas Gresham. Doug is the step-son of C.S. Lewis, whom he calls "Jack". Of course, we talked about the new movie Prince Caspian; The Chronicles of Narnia. We also had to find out how C.S. Lewis came to be known as Jack.


Tracey is back on Monday. We also will be telling you where you can get gas for 50 cents off per gallon Monday morning. And we'll be talking about a fun auction you can take part in and help RVR.
