Tracey and Dave were back in Baltimore this morning from our trip to Nashville. Mike stayed behind to attend the Dove Awards last night. He then checked in with a "behind the scenes" report. Click here if you missed it.

Tracey and Dave also talked this morning with Jeremy Smith who is in Kenya with his wife trying to adopt two children. It's been a long, challenging process with many setbacks along the way. Tomorrow is Friday. We plan to talk with Jimmy Page, our fitness coach, at 7:30a. Dave has already started training for a 5k. He's got a question for Jimmy about pushing through pain. When is it OK? When isn't it? We'll also give you the opportunity to win a signed CD by playing "Know Your News".
